The flowers arrived at 2.10 after the funeral (1.45) although on the box it clearly stated the should be sent first thing in the morning, whether this was a delivery problem - I don’t know but I am still waiting to hear from Serenata as to why this happen and to be refunded.

I ordered flowers for my step-mother in Welwyn, I live in the USA, so it is always a concern. However I will definitely use Serenata again. Wonderful service, small problem with triple charging, but cleared up immediately. Flowers were lovely and delivered on time.

Service rating : Absolutely discusting. Flowers were awful and the customer service that followed is discusting. Complaint made, photos took as requested, but nothing is done apart from, emails telling me that the flowers are acceptable. THEY WERE NOT! Company is a SCAM and I will make sure that everyone I know knows it.
Product : Terrible, paid a lot of money for sub standard flowers just in a cellaphane wrap, could have got better at my local supermarket for a quarter of the price. I was so embarressed with them that I couldnt give them to the recipient. So paid twice as I had to buy another bouquet from a reputable company. You ask for my feed back, lets just see what it goes from here because I want explanaitions, but I wont hold my breath....

The only negative thing would be that would prevent me from using your service again was the later times of delivery. prefer to be more specific about delivery especially for a birthday. however cant fault the communications.

The bouquet arrived four days late. The company responded to my emails and refunded my money, but I never did find out why the flowers weren’t delivered on time. Apparently when they did arrive the flowers were beautiful.

I think it is ridiculous that a charge is made for a simple card to accompany the flowers. I won’t use this service again as other companies offer this service free of charge - as it should be.

Avoid this company like the plague as our flowers were delivered to the wrong address ans our grieving friend never received them. They insisted they were delivered, but were abandoned at someone else’s back door and left in sunshine all day and then suggested they would re deliver the same flowers that were half dead - how disgusting. Customer services were appalling and simply sent automated replies which were insensitive and irrelevant. We got nothing but a vacuous apology that cost them nothing and refused to compensate us. AVOID this company at all costs as you would be better off picking grass, wrapping them in old newspaper and sending your love ones that instead. Would never ever use this company again

Overall the bouquest was poor and the stick balloon was dismal. Would never use your service and email to get an answer has proven to be also a waste of time as they appear to only supply a rote answer and don’t look at the email as a whole but in little chunck so a whole answer to query is not received!!! very disappointed
