The flowers did not arrive on the day of my daughters Birthday-it was snowy so I didnt complain but I think more communication on the day they were due would have avoided the let down on the actual Birthdday.

Service rating : Very good service on my first ever usage of flower delivery. Plenty of information on the status of delivery which was on time and arrived safely. I would definintely use this company again.

Service rating : I have used Serenata Flowers on 1 previous occasion and they were very good, delivering on time to the right place. Unfortunately on this occasion when I completed the on line order form, it gave me the opportunity to deliver to a previously saved address which appeared correctly on the form and then incorrectly on the confirmation. My flowers never arrived. I chased them to say there must have been a problem and they said that they were checking with the couriers. Still nothing and they never arrived. When I checked my confirmations, the delivery address was wrong and rather than keep the flowers and check, they have delivered to an incorrect address. I have since emailed to say that there is a glitch in the system and they refuse to refund me. This is robbery! I will tell everyone that I know has used their service before to never use them again! It will cost them a lot more than £34.99!!
Product : Flowers were never delivered due to their stupidity and lack of common sense! And a poor administration form on line.

Service rating : I live in Australia and it was the first time I’ve ordered flowers online. After trawling through several sites, I found yours had the most appealing arrangements and choice of flowers.
Ordering was straightforward and I appreciated the progress emails.
Product : Linda, the recipient, said they were beautifully presented and the delivery box was perfect. I’m hoping she’ll send me a photo so I can see for myself.

Service rating : Flowers did not arrive on time and customer service was very poor. The only good thing to say was Mark one of the Supervisors was very helpful after I had made several calls throughout the day to try and find the delivery. Very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone. Flowers were a gift for a birthday so even more disappointing they didn’t arrive and still no sign of them!

The service was good, I received the flowers on time, however I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the flowers. Almost all of the flowers were either bruised, browning, drooping or the petals were falling off. Also some of the flowers didn’t last 3 days before they were seriously wilting. Yes I did use the flower food sachets that were provided.

As these were a gift for my partner and I saw the flowers the day they I arrived I was frustrated and disappointed. I have photos of the flowers the day they arrived which I want to send to you as proof. Can you please provide an email address so I may do this?

I have not seen the flowers, but my Aunt was delighted

I bought these flowers to brighten up the day for my daughter and grand daughters as they moved into their home. The bouquet contained gerbera, roses and eucalyptus, along with an exotic looking flower I didn’t know. They were just right for the occasion and exactly as shown on the website. Thank you for making their day. I will definitely look at Serenata again when it comes to buying flowers for special occasions.
