There seem to be fewer flowers than there were last year...!? But this time they were delivered in time and at the correct address.

Service rating : I couldn’t work out from the website, if the flowers were sent in a vase or not, which would have been useful. Otherwise a goos site.
Product : The person I sent them to said they were great. I didn’t see them so difficult to rate.

Excellent prompt service, reasonably priced, will definitely use again.

I liked the text tracking service, the flowers were lovely and went down well with my friend. I was slightly annoyed to find that i had to buy a card in order to have any message with the flowers, but apart from that it was a great service

Product : I saw the flowers 4 days after they arrived, the yellow lilies had still not opened, the blue flowers were beginning to die off, so all in all not very representative of the picture on the website.

Initial bouquet delivered slightly different from advertised, but Serenata delivered another one for free on another date of choice.

Service rating : I ordered the flowers for delivery within 24 hours, after finding that the flowershop in my mother’s small town had ceased business. The flowers arrived promptly as ordered. The progress reports by email at each stage were a professional touch. What I also liked was that price for the flowers related to the image on the website. I looked at competitor sites before buying. Some of these showed a price against the photograph that did not reflect the price to buy that size of bouquet. Overall, excellent, honest service at a fair price. This is the first time that I have bought from Serenata. I’ve bookmarked the site for future use.

After suffering a broken leg, I worried I would not be able to treat mum for Mothers Day like I normally would, not being able to get around. When I shopped online for flowers the ’main chains’ delivery charges were a disgrace, simply cashing in on a special day. When I found your wonderful site I couldn’t believe the great choice, but also the excellent price of shipping on the Sunday proving you care more about the customer!
